  • Full-service third-party meeting professional
  • Meeting and/or Event planner
    • That, as part of your job, purchases the goods and services from our exhibitors.

    BUT... we will allow Meeting & Event Professionals to register who are currently between jobs due to COVID19 and the related economic downturn, and hope and plan to re-enter the workforce with similar responsibilities as soon as they are able. Just put "Between Jobs" in the Company Name field, but fill in the rest of the required fields (*) below.

    This One-Day Conference and Exhibition will be held at the (ample FREE parking) South San Francisco Conference Center.

    All exhibitors, staff and attendees will be required to wear masks at all times during the set-up of the event, the event itself, and the tear-down of the event, except when eating or drinking. If you do not bring a mask we will have plenty on-hand. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    In addition, all attendees and exhibitors must provide proof of full vaccination. Valid forms of proof include ANY ONE of the following:

  • A CDC or a foreign Govt. Issued vaccination card
  • A photo of your vaccination card stored on a mobile device
  • Full-service third-party meeting professional
  • A Healthcare provider vaccination document with photo ID
  • Your COVID QR-Code when scanned, shows: Name; DOB; Vaccine date/type

    • Non-vaccinated participants, must present a negative test result, taken within 72 hours of entering the venue.

    As we get closer to the Event you will have the option to speed your check-in, by using our VAXverify procedure that can be used with your smart mobile device.
