Description
Learn developers' financial pressure points. Recognize that architects manage cost, but developers focus on value — a fundamental disconnect. Session proves that architects with no financial experience can deploy feasibility templates to manipulate design by evaluating projects' capitalized value and investment returns. Developer/architect Buckley, formerly MIT Center for Real Estate faculty and director of Columbia's Real Estate Program, and currently at UT Arlington, will demonstrate feasibility templates with case studies. Attendees will receive Excel feasibility templates with a companion instructional handbook.
