Description
Urban Commons is a modern, mixed-income, infill development of 78 homes in North Dallas planned to set a new standard of innovation, social equity, and excellence for single-family development. Organized around an existing wooded creek, Urban Commons incorporates state-of-the-art approaches to sustainability, architecture, urban design, community, landscape, and affordability. This presentation will be comprehensive, and will include comments from the developer, Habitat for Humanity, the architect, and the landscape architect.

*Course marked "SD" may qualify for Sustainable Design for the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners.
